Mattel to acquire Radica for $230 million

Mattel on Wednesday said it had agreed to acquire electronic toy maker Radica Games for about $230 million in cash. The move combines Radica's technology with iconic Mattel brands such as Barbie, Hot Wheels and Matchbox.
